I started Thinking ForWord Social because I saw charities and community organisations struggling with the same problem: limited staff answering the same questions over and over, while the people who need real human support have to wait.
The moment it really hit home was watching a family member spend over an hour putting together a report for their charity — cross-referencing documents, hunting through policies, double-checking figures. I showed them the Staff Knowledge Hub. Ten minutes. Same result. That's not just time saved — that's what a small charity does with an extra hour every day.
