Help is out there. Ask Isa helps you find it.
Lots of people know support exists but struggle to find it. Directories are hard to search, jargon gets in the way, and the people who need help most are often the least able to navigate a maze of websites.
Ask Isa is built to remove that barrier. Describe what you need in plain language, and it points you to named local services with clear next steps, then helps you take the first one.
Ask in your own words
Type or speak something as simple as “I lost my husband a few months ago and I’ve no one to talk to.” No forms, no jargon, no account.
Get a clear list of real services
Ask Isa returns named local and national services with what they do and how to reach them. Each shows its source and when its details were last checked.
Reach out, with help
When a service has an email, Ask Isa helps you write the first message from three short questions. You send it from your own email. Nothing is sent or stored by Ask Isa.
Built for everyone
Designed so anyone can use it, whatever their language, literacy or confidence with technology.
40+ languages
The whole thing works in more than 40 languages, interface and replies.
Voice and read-aloud
Speak instead of typing, and have replies read aloud. Text size can be increased too.
Safe by design
Built-in signposting to urgent helplines, and a quick-exit button for anyone who needs to leave the page in a hurry.
Private and free
Free to use. No conversations stored by default. GDPR-first, UK-hosted, and no data used to train AI models.

If your organisation signposts people, you can add Ask Isa to your own website at no cost, so you can help the people you support find the right service. One line of code, and you can see anonymised, aggregate insight into the kinds of help people in your area are looking for. No personal data or individual conversations are stored.
